I have used Mochasoft for years, the latest release caused the function keys to only work sometimes. Stumbled on Glink, tried the free version liked it, bought the full version. It's way superior to Mochasoft, and includes tn3812 at no extra charge. Best 5250 emulator for Android. For Linux or Windows I use tn5250j.

We needed a 5250 emulator to interface with an application, our vendor recommended Glink 5250. We installed the Glink 5250 application and had some intermittent issues were data was not being submitted to the terminal. After some troubleshooting with the application vendor we contacted G&R support via email. We received a quick response and worked with them to test and identify what the issue was by submitting debug logs. They tirelessly ran down a solution and released a patch that ultimately resolved our issue. They have a great product which is backed by their passionate and knowledgeable staff. We cannot recommend this product enough if you need a 5250 terminal emulator.
